The white whale was a demon to Ahab, and a symbol of defeat, desperate drive, and inevitable failure... The white whale sought out those who would be hunters and dragged them to Hell.

Of course, this isn't the white whale. It's just me as a symbol of American Lust, and the pursuit of physical perfection.
