In the original TRON, hacker Kevin Flynn inadvertantly gets sucked into a computer world and forced to do battle against the MCP and his minions. The stage for these battles takes place in old 80's style arcade games. If made today, one would think he would have ended up sparring in a PS3, XBOX 360 or (gasp) iPad.
Then the MCP could have just killed Flynn off with the app approval process.
