PSA From The Future

The future wants you to know that you can kill you if you come from now to then and if the now you comes into contact with the then you. The effect on the you's is that one you ends and the other you is scarred by the vision of you bursting in a concussive blast of time and space. In controlled tests, it's always the future you that survives. The other you just disappears for the period of time from now to then - people assume that you moved to New Jersey, and lost touch.
